We offer a 30-Day Hassle Free return on all new and unused items with its original factory packaging. If you received a wrong or defective item, DB TAC is more than happy to provide our customers with a pre-paid shipping label for the return. All items must be intact, complete, and without any missing parts or pieces. If the item is damaged, modified, or used; then your return is subject to a 15% restocking fee. If a customer decides they no longer want the item, then the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee and packaging.
