Return Policy

Here at DB TAC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

We offer a 30-Day Hassle Free return on all new and unused items with its original factory packaging. If you received an incorrect or defective item, DB TAC is more than happy to provide our customers with a pre-paid shipping label for the return. All items must be intact, complete, and without any missing parts or pieces. If the item is damaged, modified, or used; then your return is subject to a 15% restocking fee. If a customer decides they no longer want the item, purchased the wrong item/size, or if the item has been damaged, modified, or used; then the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee/label and packaging.

If you need to process a return, please contact us via e-mail at: info@dbtac.com with your Order Number and the Item(s) you wish to return. In addition, please provide detailed pictures of the item(s) you wish to return, so that our RMA Team can carefully review and process your return effectively.

MISSING OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Things happen, and unfortunate mishaps may occur when packages might end up missing or stolen from their shipping address. DB TAC will take responsibility for everything up to the point of shipping, and once orders have been shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier (typically USPS) to deliver orders/packages safely in a timely manner to the shipping address indicated on the order.

DB TAC is NOT responsible for any of the following situations:

• Wrong Address inputted by customer during order placement.
• Missing or Stolen package when order shows as being delivered.
• Damage to products that occur during shipping or delivery.

Unfortunately, package theft seems to be on the rise lately. So please take precautions to ensure that your shipping address is one that is safe for your packages to be left at. Your USPS Mail Carrier typically has remarkable recall in regards to details of where packages were left when contacted within a day or two of delivery. Sometimes lost or missing packages are left out of view and may even be with a neighbor or a family member. If you suspect your package was stolen, you must file a claim with USPS, or a police report; so please make that a priority. If you decide to upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail Shipping during checkout, this will automatically include shipping insurance up to $100 which you can file a claim with USPS directly.
